Shipping policy
It is imperative to make sure you are ordering for a special event or any other specific date. BEFORE YOU ORDER, please count for the amount of time it will take 5 to 6 business days for the time the customer has ordered it to be fully processed. Once the order completes its process, the order will be shipped immediately. Once an order is completed and shipped, a custom order can not cancel. Likewise, the order that is customized can not compensate. Please make sure the shipping address is correct.
