Refund policy

The Kendi brand LLC has a stringent refund policy. We only allow refunds for items set costs $50 and under to be fully refunded. Customers have up to 14 days from the items delivered to request a delivery Digital books or physical books of the sort are not refundable. Items over $50 are not refundable; however, purchase items can exchange purchase items for a different color size or a different item equivalent to or less than the purchased item.
